Our custom container and bottle division features a wide variety of continuous extrusion blow molding equipment allowing us to produce parts ranging in size from 2 ounces up to 5 gallons. Our equipment can produce up to four bottles at a time in sizes up to 32 ounces.
We are able to work with a wide range of materials that includes: HDPE (including co-extrusion), HMW-HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC AND PC. Each blow molding production cell includes leak detectors, capping and packaging equipment. A number of finishing options are also available including labeling, silk screening and sleeving.
